# 12. Lỗi không thể tải App KikiLogin từ trình duyệt về

### **Nguyên nhân**

Do trình duyệt Edge hoặc Coccoc,... tìm thấy trong file tải về chứa các tập tin crack nên mặc định trình duyệt sẽ chặn và không cho tiếp tục tải về.

### **Cách xử lý: Nếu người dùng gặp sự cố này khi tải file KikiLogin về thì thực hiện các thao tác như sau để tiếp tục tải ứng dụng về:**

**Bước 1: Click vào dấu 3 chấm ở trên file bị lỗi KikiLogin tải về**

**Bước 2: Click vào button Keep hoặc button Tiếp tục**

**Bước 3: Click vào mũi tên số xuống**
