# 14. Lỗi không mở được App Kiki trên MacBook

## **Nguyên nhân**

Do khi thực hiện tải App Kiki trên trình duyệt Chrome thực hiện thiếu hoặc sai thao tác

## Cách xử lý khi gặp lỗi

**Bước 1:** Truy cập vào Launchpad để thực hiện gỡ App Kiki

**Bước 2:** Truy cập vào trình duyệt Chrome gõ từ khóa Kikilogin để thực hiện tải App hoặc click vào link <https://kikilogin.com/vi/>

**Bước 3:** Tại màn hình trang chủ chọn mục tải xuống trên màn hình menu

**Bước 4:** Chọn dòng máy đúng với dòng máy Macbook mà bạn đang sử dụng

**Bước 5:** Sau khi tải xong bấm vào nút Application
