# 2. KLG\_API.VALIDATE không mở được profile

## Nguyên nhân

Sau khi đóng profile treo máy một thời gian rồi mở trở lại profile cũ dẫn đến API không kịp load và xảy ra tình trạng báo lỗi API không thể vào profile.

## Cách xử lý

Sử dụng tổ hợp phím ctrl+ shirt+ R thể reload KikiLogin hoặc thao tác chọn **View -> Force Reload** trên góc bên trái màn hình.

Sau khi Force Reload, người dùng có thể **tiếp tục sử dụng phần mềm** như bình thường.

> **Lưu ý:** Reload lại phần mềm và sử dụng nếu vẫn bị báo lỗi không mở được. Vui lòng tắt phần mềm Kikilogin và mở trở lại.
