# 10. Mở KikiLogin lên báo lỗi KikiLogin đang chạy và không mở được

## Nguyên nhân

Sau khi đóng phần mềm KikiLogin, ứng dụng không đóng hết hẳn và đang chạy ngầm dẫn tới việc mở lại App vừa sử dụng báo lỗi không thể mở 2 cửa sổ cùng lúc vì App KikiLogin đang chạy.

## Cách xử lý khi gặp lỗi

Người dùng cần mở taskmanager đóng hết Kikilogin đang chạy ẩn và reload lại phần mềm để sử dụng&#x20;

Nếu vẫn thông báo lỗi, bạn đóng phần mềm và mở lại, sau đó sử dụng như bình thường.

**Bước 1**: Click chuột phải vào Menu Toolbar

**Bước 2**: Chọn Task Manager

**Bước 3**: Mở Task Manager, click chuột vào ứng dụng trong danh sách và chọn end task KikiLogin

**Bước 4**: Reload lại phần mềm bằng tổ hợp phím Ctrl +shirt +R hoặc chọn View -> Force Reload

> **Lưu ý** : Sau khi tắt hết Task Manager và reload vẫn không mở được thì bạn chỉ cần tắt phần mềm đi và mở lại App KikiLogin rồi sử dụng bình thường.
