# 3. Xóa kịch bản

## 1. Ý nghĩa

Để phục vụ nhu cầu marketing của người dùng, tính năng xóa kịch bản cho phép loại bỏ những kịch bản không cần thiết trong danh sách. Điều này giúp tối ưu hóa quy trình khi người dùng có kịch bản khác hiệu quả hơn hoặc không còn cần sử dụng một kịch bản nào đó.

## 2. Thao tác

**Bước 1**: Nhấp vào mục **Kịch bản của tôi** trong trang **Kiki Automation 4.0** để hiển thị danh sách Kịch bản đang sở hữu.

**Bước 2**: Tại cột Hành động, bấm chọn nút 3 chấm trên kịch bản bạn muốn xóa rồi chọn **Xóa kịch bản**.

**Bước 3**: Sau khi chọn **Xóa kịch bản**, xác nhận thao tác Xoá bằng cách nhấn nút **OK** trên ô popup như hình minh họa dưới đây.

Ngoài ra, người dùng cũng có thể xoá kịch bản trực tiếp trong phần **Chỉnh sửa kịch bản** như sau:

**Kết quả:** Sau khi bấm Xác nhận, kịch bản được xóa thành công sẽ biến mất khỏi danh sách **Kịch bản của tôi.**
