# 20. Lỗi "Invalid header: Does not start with Cr24"

## Nguyên nhân

Sau khi cài đặt Extention vào trong KikiLogin nhưng Extention đó không còn khả dụng trên Google Chrome, người dùng mở profile trên KikiLogin sẽ gặp báo lỗi "**Invalid header: Does not start with Cr24**"

## Cách xử lý

**Bước 1:** Kiểm tra tính khả dụng của Extension: Truy cập Tiện ích mở rộng, chọn mục **Extension của tôi**, chọn Extension người dùng cài đặt. Tiếp theo, nhấp vào **`⋮`**  chọn **Chỉnh sửa**. Sau đó, sao chép đường dẫn URL của tiện ích và dán đường dẫn này vào thanh địa chỉ của trình duyệt Google Chrome để kiểm tra xem tiện ích đó còn khả dụng hay không

**Bước 2:** Quay lại KikiLogin và chọn "Tiện ích của tôi". Sau đó, nhấp vào biểu tượng **`⋮`** và chọn **Xóa** để gỡ bỏ tiện ích không khả dụng.

Sau khi hoàn thành các bước trên, người dùng đã có thể tiếp tục sử dụng profile bình thường.
