# 4. Quên mật khẩu

Trong trường hợp quên mật khẩu khi đăng nhập tài khoản KikiLogin, người dùng có thể thực hiện các thao tác sau để lấy lại mật khẩu

**Bước 1:** Bạn click **`Quên mật khẩu`** ở màn hình hiển thị của KikiLogin

**Bước 2:** Nhập địa chỉ email đã sử dụng để đăng ký tài khoản KikiLogin

**Bước 3:** Click chọn **`Xác nhận`**

**Bước 4:** Thông báo xác nhận đã gửi email khôi phục mật khẩu sẽ được hiển thị trên màn hình.

**Bước 5:** Truy cập Gmail, xác nhận thông qua email KikiLogin gửi bạn

**Bước 6:** Nhập và xác nhận mật khẩu mới. Sau đó chọn **`Thay đổi mật khẩu`**

**Kết quả:** Thông báo thay đổi mật khẩu thành công sẽ được hiển thị trên màn hình

**Bước 7:** Tiến hành đăng nhập lại phần mềm KikiLogin với mật khẩu mới
