Do khi tải App kiki trên web về thực hiện sai thao tác tải hoặc đã xóa 1 phần trong app

## Cách xử lý khi gặp lỗi

**Bước 1:** Người dùng truy cập **My computer** trên máy

**Bước 2:** Copy đoạn text sau và dán vào đường dẫn và bấm **Enter**

**Bước 3:** Xoá bỏ folder KikiLogin và tiến hành cài đặt lại phiên bản mới nhất
