# 4.2. Xóa thành viên

## 1. Ý nghĩa

Tính năng **Xóa thành viên** trong phần mềm KikiLogin cho phép tài khoản Leader loại bỏ các thành viên không còn hoạt động hoặc có nhu cầu rời khỏi nhóm. Việc xóa thành viên giúp quản lý đội ngũ hiệu quả hơn và tạo điều kiện cho việc thêm thành viên mới vào nhóm.

## 2. Thao tác

**Bước 1:** Xoá thành viên

* Tại trang chủ phần mềm KikiLogin, nhấn truy cập vào mục **Quản lý thành viên** vị trí bên trái màn hình hiển thị.
* Nhấn chọn **`nút ba chấm`** ở cột **hành động** tại tài khoản thành viên cần xóa và chọn **`Xóa`**

**Bước 2:** Xác nhận xóa bằng cách nhấp **`OK`**.

Sau khi hoàn tất xóa thành viên, tài khoản thành viên sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống và không thể khôi phục lại. Các profile do tài khoản thành viên này tạo ra sẽ được chuyển về tài khoản Lead, với tên nhóm hiển thị là email của tài khoản thành viên đã bị xóa.

Thành viên đang sử dụng tài khoản bị xóa sẽ ngay lập tức bị đăng xuất khỏi phiên đăng nhập. Trước khi xác nhận xóa tài khoản thành viên, người dùng nên kiểm tra kỹ để tránh xóa nhầm các tài khoản quan trọng khác.<br>
