# 5. Profile mở video không có tiếng

## Nguyên nhân

Khi tạo profile mới, phần mềm sẽ thiết lập ngẫu nhiên trạng thái cho phần bật tắt tiếng. Do vậy, người sử dụng có thể sẽ gặp trường hợp profile được cài đặt **"Tắt tiếng profile"** dẫn tới khi mở profile để xem video sẽ không có âm thanh.

## Cách xử lý

Để thay đổi tình trạng này, người dùng chỉ cần thay đổi trạng thái Tắt tiếng trên profile sử dụng sau đó khởi chạy bình thường.

Các thao tác cụ thể thực hiện như sau:

**Bước 1**: Trong trang Tất cả profiles, bấm chọn **Chỉnh sửa profile**.

**Bước 2:** Chọn mục nâng cao, gạt tắt thanh **Tắt tiếng profile**.

**Bước 3**: Bấm **"Lưu profile"** để lưu dữ liệu đã được cập nhật.

Sau khi thực hiện tất cả các bước trên, người dùng có thể khởi chạy profile và lỗi lúc này đã được khắc phục.
