## Nguyên nhân

Do IP mạng của profile bị chặn truy cập web nên dẫn khi truy cập web báo lỗi không thể truy cập trang web. Có hai trường hợp nguyên nhân:

* Nhà cung cấp proxy chặn facebook
* Facebook chặn nhà cung cấp

### Cách xử lý

**Cách 1:** Kiểm tra xem có vào được trang web khác không

**Cách 2:** Chủ động liên hệ với nhà cung cấp proxy
