# 6. Kích thước cửa sổ trình duyệt không thể phóng to full màn hình

## Nguyên nhân

Khi tạo profile, phần mềm sẽ thiết lập độ phân giải của profile để không trùng nhau. Do vậy, người dùng có thể gặp trường hợp profile không mở to full màn hình được.

## Cách xử lý

**Bước 1:** Click vào mục 3 chấm ở đuôi profile cần chỉnh sửa, chọn **"Chỉnh sửa profile"**.

**Bước 2:** Chọn **"Độ phân giải"** để thay đổi kích thước. Click chọn độ phân giải **1920\*1080** để mở cửa sổ rộng hơn.

**Bước 3:** Bấm **"Lưu profile"** để cập nhật thay đổi.

> **Lưu ý**: Người dùng không thay đổi kích thước độ phân giải khi profile đang chạy.
